But they started out as lettuce wraps and then the cabbage was so beautiful and purple and glossy and then I didn’t want the lettuce anymore, but what am I supposed to call these then? Chicken Cabbage Wraps? That’s weird. And so I kept the name Orange Almond Chicken Lettuce Wraps and I’m not sure that I should even be mentioning it because I bet no one would notice. This is actually my very first cocktail recipe for the blog. Funny because I make cocktails all the time. Mine are usually just like, “Oh, what do we have in the fridge? How can I turn this into something alcoholic? Do you think that’d be good with some vodka?” Super un-fancy. Super un-classy. But ya know, I think I’ve learned my lesson. Skinny and Seasoned Salty Dog is super easy and super classy and I already had all of the ingredients in my fridge. My eyes have been opened and I’m taking my mixology up a notch from now on.

I’ve lightened up these easy 7-Layer Sheet Pan Nachos by using baked tortilla chips, reduced fat cheese, nonfat Greek yogurt (in place of sour cream), and a ton of fresh veggies. This recipe is super versatile and if you prefer to use black beans or to add chicken, ground beef, extra cheese, or different veggies. I say go for it!
