Buy these:

container of spinach & arugula mix

frozen blueberries
-
pomegranate seeds
-
ripe avocado
-
whole walnuts
-
lemon
-
olive oil

white wine vinegar

Toss into a bowl: 3 handfuls of spinach & arugula mix. 1/4 cup blueberries, 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds, 1/3 ripe avocado, 2 tablespoons walnuts.

To dress: squeeze 1/4 of the lemon over the salad and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar (or more to taste).
