Air Fryer Spiced Potato Wedges are the perfect healthy alternative to French fries, with their crispy finish and golden-fried hue.
Preheat air fryer to 450 degrees F.
Cut potatoes lengthwise into 8 wedges each. Transfer to a large bowl and toss with olive oil oil until evenly coated. Place potato wedges in a single layer in an air fryer and cook 15 minutes, turning once or until golden brown and crispy. You may have to cook the potato wedges in batches. While still hot, toss potatoes with chili spice rub.Sprinkle with chopped scallions and serve.
While potatoes are cooking, prepare the seasoning. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and cilantro. As potatoes come out of the air fryer, transfer to the bowl of seasoning and toss.
Sprinkle with chopped scallions before serving, if desired.
