15 Sugar Free Recipes to Salivate Over

Happy 2016 friends! This is going to be a GOOD year. I can feel it in my bones.

I didn’t make any New Year’s resolutions, but I did make one January 3rd resolution: Each morning, I’m going to write down 10 things I’m thankful for and three goals for the week. Nothing overwhelming — just simple things. Today I was thankful for faux fur and new friends and a goal this week is to be confident at work.

I know this is cheesy, but I think it’s a positive way to start each day! STOP LAUGHING AT ME!

I did also resolve to go sugar-free for January. I have friends that go alcohol free, gluten-free, dairy free, etc. Personally, I feel best when I’m off sugar, but everyone is different.

My roundup proves that sugar-free does not equate to flavor free. Look at all of this GOOD FOOD.

[For my purposes, “sugar” includes obvious sources of refined sugars, but also natural sugars like honey, agave, pure maple syrup. Fruit juice is also off-limits, but whole fresh fruit abounds!]
